  1. Your licence to use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the iDWallet.com App on your device in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer or decompile the App
  • Sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the App
  • Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes
  • Interfere with or attempt to bypass security mechanisms
  • Misuse identity-verification tools or upload fraudulent documents

 

  1. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law, regulation or regulatory requirement
  • Infringe third-party rights
  • Introduce viruses or malicious code
  • Attempt to access systems without permission
  • Exploit or abuse the App or its users

 

  1. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in iDWallet.com and related content remain the property of Legal Brokers Ltd or our licensors.
You obtain no ownership rights in the App or Services.

 

  1. Updates

We may update or modify the App at any time for security, performance or functional improvements. You agree to install updates when provided.

 

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services.
Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.

 

  1. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data or profits.

 

  1. Limitation of liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the Services (if any).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any legal obligation which cannot be excluded.

 

  1. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
